Hakko_Microsoldering

SMVTI Vocational Training Institute and Hakko Products Pte Ltd, Singapore signed the Memorandum of Understanding on 22 March 2016.

This Memorandum of Understanding confirms the intent of Hakko Product Pte Ltd, Singapore and SMVTI Vocational Training Institute (SMVTI) to cooperate in the field of Microsoldering. 

The objectives of the MOU are:

1. To facilitate knowledge transfer and train staff and students in microsoldering skill.

2. To jointly set up a training centre for micro-soldering skill using Hakko's advance Microsoldering equipment;  

3. To jointly develop a curriculum pertaining to microsoldering skill for incorporation into the Electronics course.
