Welcome to Our Training Institute

SMVTI is a joint project between the Governments of the Republic of Singapore and the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. It was proposed by Singapore President Tony Tan during his State Visit to Myanmar in April 2013.  MOU was signed between the two governments in April 2014 and the renovation for the campus started in March 2015.

SMVTI aims to support Myanmar's human resource development, particularly in the area of vocational skills in demand, for Myanmar’s youths and adult learners.
